The best inspiration is not to outdo others, but to outdo ourselves

Right now I am not a happy bunny.  I am off work ill.  I woke up this morning all bunged up, with a temperature and sneezing my head off.  I feel all shaky.  This is not a good thing.  Yes, I realise that's stating the obvious, it wouldn't be a good thing anyway, but it certainly isn't this week.  It's my big race at the weekend.  I've been working up to doing the Wakefield Triathlon for six months, putting together the best and most consistent run of training that I've ever managed and now I feel ugh!  I suppose the hope here is that it'll pass quickly, I'm fit and healthy, with any luck it'll be a distant memory by Sunday.  It had better be!
